Stabilizer/Elevator

The tail-feathers are now done. There is still some work that needs to be done, attaching the fiberglass elevator tips, riveting the elevator to the stabilizer but these tasks need to wait until after this assembly is attached to fuselage.

The next part to be constructed are the wings.
